what inspire courage?

My personal opinon on what inspire courage is multiple ideas. First i believe have a you have to person to look up to that is willing to show you how to do it. I believe if you watch it, it's easier to do other than listening to someone. Second what inspire courage is the type of person you is. Everyone isnt brave enough to stand up for themselves so its harder for people to gain it like others.
