This passage means every morning the town wake up, the sun is shinning over the town. It exposed the town with happiness and and adventures for a new day. It also shows life and and brightness.
"Somebody got to think for women and chillun and chickens and cows. I god, they sho don't think none theirselves."
This means that if women and kids cant think on thier own, you have a man or someone above you do it thereself, ex: father or husband. This is good because somtime they make wrong descions and its vauable to your life and thiers.
